Appreciated our extremely spacious room and exceptionally comfortable beds. The breakfast offered plenty of food and was tasty😀👌

As young people, we loved the variety of activities offered at Perla hotel. The pool, bar, and restaurant were all amazing and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The food selection was excellent with a wide range of dishes to choose from. The location near beautiful beaches was a bonus. We also enjoyed the hotel's excursions to explore Mallorca. a fantastic stay!

the hotel met expectations. this property was close to such tourist places as l'assumpcio. within 10 minutes' walk of the bus stop. free parking nearby was provided.

The fact that all info was released in German, no English. The hotel itself focuses on Germans.

The hotel had a great location, just 50m from a beautiful sandy beach with crystal clear waters. The staff at the hotel were very attentive and helpful, ensuring a happy holiday experience.- The facilities, including the indoor pool and rooftop solarium, added to the overall enjoyment of the stay.

One of the waiters, Lorenzo, was consistently rude, arrogant, and unprofessional, which was a disappointment considering the excellent service provided by the other staff members. The lack of air conditioning in the bedrooms and poor control of the air conditioning in the restaurant affected the comfort levels during the stay.

the place was fairly clean, our room was exceptionally clean and really modern. the breakfast was particularly good with many food options, and the food was fab.

I recently stayed at a lovely hotel in S'Illot, Mallorca and had a wonderful experience. The suite I booked was absolutely amazing, with a large, one-of-a-kind private terrace. The staff, aside from the unfriendly receptionist, were extremely friendly and welcoming. The rooms were impeccably clean and had modern interiors. The beach, with its crystal-clear waters and white sand, was right at our doorstep. We also enjoyed the convenience of having many restaurants, shops, and bars within walking distance. The location of the hotel was perfect and I would definitely consider going back in the future.

Buffet breakfast was good

Very tired poor quality rooms; no air conditioning; despite having booked several months previous, arrived and were told that they were full / had over-booked and that we were being moved some where else for our first night - we refused this and we're eventually allocated rooms on the first and fourth floors; with the exception of one member of staff (think his name was Paul), staff appeared keener / more prepared to deal with visitors from Germany, Switzerland and France and not interested / not prepared / unable to deal with Englsh; poor value for money, compared to other hotels we've stayed at on Majorca and elsewhere; in our opinion, a 1* hotel and most definitely not a 3* ~> we would / will not recommend this hotel to our friends and will definitely not be saying at the Perla again

we enjoyed the buffet in the hotel ,the location of the hotel is good ,very near to the beach,but so far away from the airport.so many bars and restaurants around the hotel ,which make our stay so convenient.

so many kids,so noisy in the lobby,no air condition in the room.

We had such a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, practically at the beach with a small port nearby. We loved being able to relax on the balcony with a view of the sea, it was so peaceful and beautiful. The service at the restaurant was top-notch, with fast and professional staff always ready to assist with a smile. The food was delicious for all of our meals, and we were impressed with the variety and quality. The hotel itself was very clean and well-maintained, and we appreciated the daily cleaning service. we felt like we were in a luxurious and comfortable environment throughout our stay.

We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The location next to the beautiful beach, the excellent service, and the delicious food all contributed to a truly enjoyable experience.

The position right in the beach; the sound of the waves in your ears, not disturbed by motorbikes or cars. Its own beach 10 meters away from your room. The proximity to some simple, quiet terraces and bars, allowing a pleasant short evening stroll. To be recommended!

Amazing Location! Great breakfast and dinner.

Hotel facilities include air conditioning, but that's only in the common areas such as dining room and reception. This means rooms do not have air conditioning. We had to pay 30 euros extra per night to move to a room with air conditioning.

Location was great, right by the beach and close to local attractions. The breakfast was amazing and had a lot of variety. The staff was helpful and friendly, and always willing to help with any questions.

The rooms were outdated and have not been maintained in years. The cleaning service was poor, and the beds were uncomfortable.

Honestly no complaints whatsoever. Absolutely fantastic breakfast, delightful views, stunning location just off the Caves of Drach, the main attraction and more cafes.
